How do I locate my product’s serial number?

All ION Audio products have a 17 digit serial number beginning with (21). Note that the 8th digit from the left is a capital letter 'I', not a number '1'.

For example: (21)N209123I05399999

On the TTUSB, TTUSB10, TTUSBDC, LP Dock, and LP 2 CD USB turntables, the serial is located underneath the turntable platter (see example below in red). In order to to see the serial number, remove the turntable’s platter. Simply grasp the platter by the two holes in it's surface, and pull up gently.

On the Profile LP, Profile Pro, TTUSB05, TTUSB05XL, Profile Flash, and LP 2 Flash turntables, and most other ION Audio Products, the serial is located on the rear or bottom of the unit (see example below).
